The service#
Rozi (askrozi.com) is a finance app for households and small companies, operated by Human Direct, Șimleu Silvaniei, Romania, Unique Registration Code RO29300200. By creating an account or accepting an invitation you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Accounts and Books#
- Rozi is open by invitation or from the waiting list. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Data lives in Books. The owner of a Book decides who is a member and with which role; members of company Books must use two-factor authentication.
- You may only bring into a Book data you are entitled to use: your own or your company's accounts, statements, invoices and mailboxes.
Connections#
You may connect bank feeds, invoicing systems and Google mailboxes. Each connection is read-only on Rozi's side and can be removed at any time. The third party's own terms apply to the connection; Rozi is not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
AI features#
Rozi uses AI to read documents, suggest categories and answer questions. AI can be wrong. Suggestions are proposals: nothing is booked, categorised or approved without a person confirming it, and you remain responsible for your records.
Not financial, tax or legal advice#
Forecasts, budgets, financial independence projections, tax figures and assistant answers are tools to help you think, based on the data you entered and stated assumptions. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Check important decisions with a qualified professional, for example your accountant.
Acceptable use#
Do not misuse Rozi: no attempts to access other people's Books, to break or overload the service, to upload malware or unlawful content, or to resell access.
Availability and changes#
We work to keep Rozi available and your data safe, with backups, but the service is provided as is and may change, pause or end. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you rely on, and you can export your Books at any time.
Liability#
To the extent the law allows, Human Direct is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or decisions made on the basis of Rozi's figures or AI output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use#
You can stop using Rozi at any time and ask us to delete your account at privacy@askrozi.com. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law#
Romanian law applies. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably; otherwise the competent Romanian courts decide.
